Wednesday, October 11, at 6:00 p.m. we are hosting a seminar on The Black Church Experience. The evening will begin with some hymns from this particular cultural experience. Following reflection and discussion on the music, there will be information about the black church experience, and the emergence and development of black theology.
This program is organized by Rev. Glenn Spaulding, Itinerant Minister of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. Glenn has attended other events in our building and thought it would be a great venue for this event. J.T. is making a pot of soup for the occasion and would like to invite others to bring some food to encourage attendance and share hospitality.
